Shipping and Cancellation

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Indicup provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders above Rs. 999/-, irrespective of where you live! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners Fed Ex, Blue Dart, Aramex, DHL and Delhivery. We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 5-7 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are working to get international shipping up and running soon – drop us your interest at order@indicup.in and we will try and add your country to our list as soon as possible!

ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING:

You can log into account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

Your Order: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed

Processing: The order is packed and we will ship it soon.

Shipped: The order has been dispatched by Indicup, and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email.

On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order

Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or by Indicup If you want more information about this, please contact us.

Returned: This order was returned to Indicup after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charge

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders can be cancelled before the order is packed, but once they are packed, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
